Shipping Methods – We ship via UPS and Roadway Express
ONLY. We do not use the USPS due to the fragile nature of our
products
Shipping Charges – Fountains Feng Shui calculates freight
charges as a percentage base of your total order. Our shipping rates for domestic
shipping (Alaska and Hawaii are extra) is 10% for Tabletop fountains and 20%
for our Floor fountains. Custom fountains are calculated by the designer as they are specially packaged International Orders –We will ship to Canada, but buyer must pay all duty and taxes. In the near future, we will begin to accept international orders, and payment for these orders must be made by bank transfer in advance of shipment. Credit cards will NOT be accepted for international orders. We will not be responsible for any taxes, duty or government fees associated with international orders. We will post a notice when international orders are accepted. 30 Day Return Policy – If for any reason you are not satisfied with your fountain purchase, we will accept returns if unopened for cash refund. If opened & used, we will issue a merchandise credit for the cost of the item (less shipping and handling and a 20% restocking fee). Returns on merchandise after 30 days WILL NOT be accepted for any reason. All errors with orders must be reported within 5 days of receipt of goods. Returned goods must have a Return Authorization number that will be issued by Fountains Feng Shui. E-mail or call us for an authorization number and/or instructions. Please write down this number on a piece of paper and enclose it along with a note stating the reason for the return. Unauthorized returns will be REFUSED. Returned fountains and dreamlights must be shipped at the customer’s expense. |
